Katie and I are old friends from NYU and I cherish the memories of our time together. Since moving to Connecticut, I haven't visited as often as I would have liked but it was always wonderful to see her so comfortably ensconced at the Convent which she helped to build. All best wishes to all of you in happy remembrance of your wonderful sister/aunt.

I was so sad to learn of Katie's passing last weekend when Dave called this week. I first worked with Katie at NYU's Tamiment Library/Wagner Labor Archives in the mid 1980s when I followed in her job as an Archivist for the Harry Van Arsdale Labor Records Survey Project and she became the Photo/Film Archivist for the special collections there.
