We regret to inform you, that the handmaid of God, Kathleen Frances Koury, of the former St. Elias Melkite Church of Woonsocket, reposed in the Lord this evening, on September 12, 2025.
She was the daughter of the deceased Abraham John and Mary Hana Koury. She was the sister of Abraham J. Koury and the aunt of Alexandria May Flanagan, and the great aunt of William Francis Flanagan. She was the niece of Sara Hana Peters, Najib Hana, and Moofida Hana Aleneini. She also leaves behind many loving cousins who will miss her deeply.
The funeral and services are private.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Basil the Great building fund, 15 Skyview Dr., Lincoln, RI 02865, in memory of Kathleen, would be greatly appreciated.
May her soul rest in a place of peace, where there is no pain, no grief and no
sighing but life everlasting!
