My heart goes out to the Norman family I too will miss her smiling face and her warm heart, she was my first true love in high school. I think of her every day and it always makes me smile. Kathy I will miss you.

So sad to hear of Kathy's passing. When thinking of her I remember her as my High School best friends smiling and mischievous little sister...always a prankster. Fun memories. I send much sympathy & love to all of the Norman family.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Kathy's passing. I worked with her at Multnomah County. She will be missed.

My thoughts are with the Norman family. Kathy's energy, good humor and "there is always a way" to get what you need for kids was boundless. Thank you Kathy for all that you did for youth in the many programs you worked in. I appreciate the years we worked together. Rest in peace.
