To Joe and Kathleen's Family,
I have lost a good friend and a piece of the Rural Carrier Family with the passing of Kathleen. I feel she is sitting in heaven looking down on me saying " Yes you can do it", as she told me that quite often. My sympathy goes out to you, her family, and Joe, her special person as she is missed very much and has touched the life of everyone who knew and loved her.

Kathleen's time with us was too short but she was a powerful presence for those of us that had the good fortune of knowing her. May God's strength and love be with Joe, family and friends. We loved her.

My sincere condolences are with each and everyone of you. I worked with her at NRLCA for just a short while, but she was always happy and smiling and I am sure that each and every one of us had learned something from her and her memory will live on through us by the things she said or did and now we say or do. Godbless
