I went to Mercy High School with Kathy and she was a sweet caring person who always had a smile and a kind word for who ever she came in contact with. Our paths crossed many years later when I worked at UNMC and she still had all those redeeming qualities. We talked about Mercy and different things that happened and had quite a few laughs together. She will be greatly missed. May God be with all of you during this time.

Kathy will be missed by many at UNMC. I spoke to her often and sincerely enjoyed knowing her. Kathy's dedication to her work was obvious and I valued her. I thank her for making the workplace a friendly place.
