Not sure what to say?

I often thought when I finally retired in Austin, after traveling around this country, that I would reconnect with Kathleen. Little did I know that the stories we would share, (with lots of laughter, wine and love) was not meant to be. Now back in Austin and missing her dearly. She was a great friend and an amazing woman. Rest well fine lady. I am grateful for the time and memories we did have. ❤Leora Diana

My condolences to Brian and to all whom Missy leaves behind. Although I taught in a different department in Deer Park, I had a chance to get to know her when we traveled together to a TSTA conference. She was a wonderful person. I am so sorry to learn of her passing.

Missy was the shining light and positive spirit in the room. Such a loving and beautiful person! I taught English with Missy in Deer Park and have missed her since she left many years ago. I am also a Baytown native, graduating from Ross Sterling in 1970.

Brian, know that my prayers & thoughts are with you. I understand your deep loss and grief. I lost my husband almost 5 years ago to colon cancer. One day at the time and keep looking up. Memories are forever!

Best fun personality , passionate about students and a loyal friend. Thank you for helping my son and guide him, thank you for all the chats during work time. I have fond memories of our time at Stony Point 9. Rest easy and enjoy heaven....you will be missed Kathleen.

I went to high school with Missy. Such a beautiful soul. Brian, I don't know you, but know my thoughts are with you.

We had to convince Kathleen to leave happy hour that one Thursday night it snowed in December! We were having too much fun wondering if school would be cancelled and taking pictures of the snow! Travis and Akins are missing you.

Such a wonderful sweet lady. Thank you for all the fun, laughter and tears we shared. I was blessed to know you.

I went to high school with Kathleen. My thought and prayers are with each of you. Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things to go through. God bless you all.

Attend high school and was in the Brigadiers with Kathleen. My condolences to the family. May she rest in peace!
