Not sure what to say?

Aunt Kathy-We are so glad we were able to visit you in Nov'08. You had recently gone on dialysis, and we weren't sure if we would have the chance again. Thru all of it, you handled all that was thrown at you as gracefully as possible. You always were a fighter, and such a fun, loving person. We are just sorry that the miles kept us from seeing you more often. Skip remembers how kind and loving you always were, and it meant the world to him. Connie will join you in heaven soon enough, and then...

Dear Kate,

When I think of you and Ed, my first thought is the excitement Vicki and I would have when we would hear that you were coming to visit mom and dad. What wonderful friends you were to my parents and to us! You both were at all the special events of our lives - my wedding, mom and dad's 40th and 50th wedding anniversay celebrations - and to stay so close to all of us through distance and time shows what a special person you were. How grateful I am that we had time...

Sweet Kate,
Through the years I remember listening and watching you, mom, Betty and all your friends tell story after story about the good old days. I always thought how wonderful it was that you had such a loving and lasting bond between you. I always was so excited when I heard you and Ed were coming. I knew we were in for good fun and good stories. I bet you are in heaven right now telling those stories of Bowdil days and Sarasota Days with old friends and laughing at life. How...

Our dearest girl, Kathy. You were a light in our lives that will never be extinguished. We were so very blessed to move in across the street from you and Ed on old Harley Avenue, and Mom was lucky to have such a wonderful and loving set of extra hands when it came to taking care of us four kids.

We will miss you forever and remember and love you always, but especially at Christmastime when we all put up our Dickens' Villages and all the holiday treasures you have given us four,...

My dearest Kathy, how you have touched my heart and my life. So many great childhood memories of you and Ed come to mind. God placed you across the street from mom and dad on purpose. You were the second pair of hands when my mother's were full. My mother was your best freind, and you were our second mother. We have been so blessed to have shared our lives with you and you will forever remain in all of our hearts. I miss you, Kathy, and I love you.
