My deepest sympathies go out to Kit's beloved family. I had the pleasure of meeting Kit in October 1985 when we both returned to teaching at Hale Primary School. She was a wonderful teacher and mentor. We would always share stories of our children, as they were somewhat close in age. Even when I was sent to the other side of the district we kept in touch and I always knew Kit was there for me whenever I needed her. We would talk about kids, husbands, jobs, hopes for the future and how lucky...

I was deeply saddend to hear of Kit's sudden death. I had the great pleasure of working with her at Nathen Hale for 2 years. She was an extraordinary teacher and friend. My deepest sympathy to her family

I am still in complete shock and denial. Mrs. Peters has always been there for me, especially when I needed her the most. She has touched my life in more ways than anyone else ever has. She still is a wonderful, kind, and compassionate woman. She deserves every bit of happiness she ever received and will receive.
