Uncle Shiner, This is such a shock to everyone. Aunt Kate will be missed. She always made sure to keep in touch with all of us here in Altoona. She made such a great and lasting impression on anyone that had the pleasure of knowing her. My love to you and the rest of the family. Kim Fornwalt (Wayne & Joan Simpson's daughter)

Mrs Simpson was the epitome of grace, kindness and friendship to all. Heaven has gained what we here on earth have lost. May your family find comfort and smiles in all the years of memories that you have. Keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers. The Bonarrigo family.

My sister just eloquently put into words what many of us are having a hard time saying right now. My Grandmother was our inspiration on how to treat others, faith based Simpson operations and the real deal of a rock solid happily ever after marriage to my Pap. Her family was her pride and joy and her life with my Pap was nothing less than an amazing ride together for 68 years. Her larger than life physical presence is dearly missed but her energetic spirit will live with all of us forever.

My sister just put into words what our entire family is having a tough time saying out loud right now. Grandma was a larger than life example of how to treat others, faith based Simpson operations and the real deal on a rock solid marriage of happily ever after with my Pap. She was our Hero and a true inspiration to follow. Her physical presence is dearly missed but her energetic spirit will remain with all of us forever.

Kathleen Simpson was my Grandmother and I treasure the 38 years I have had with her! She was truly ONE OF A KIND! It is hard to imagine life without her, but we are so blessed to have so many wonderful memories. She was a shining example for all of us to live by. She and my Grandfather shared a tremendous faith in God and it is a comfort to all of us to know we will be with her again in Heaven. For now, she is with my Father, Uncle, Cousin and many other loved ones now in Heaven. Words...
