Not sure what to say?

We are very sorry for your loss and our sympathy and prayers are with you.

So sorry to hear about Kathy, I had just seen her, ironically in Holy Sepulchre caring for the graves. She was such a delight and I found it very hard to grasp she had passed. God's speed and all my prayers are with you and the family.
