Not sure what to say?

Aunt Kathy you are so loved and missed!
I am proud to be your niece and to have known you for the beautiful inspiring lady you are. I am at peace knowing you are with your sister, my Mother in peace. Love to all the family.

To the Solberg family, my deepest sympathy for your loss

I was very sorry to hear of Kathys death I was fortunate to have worked
with her for many years

I met Kathy when she moved in next door to us in 1973. She always had a smile on her face and was very kind and gracious to our family. She was and still is an inspiration to me in how to face adversity and carry on and live every day with hope and love for everyone. It was my privilege to have known her. My sympathies and prayers to everyone in the Solberg family.

To the Solberg family my deepest sympathy for your loss. Kathy was a great lady to work with.

""Rabbit," said Pooh to himself. "I like talking to Rabbit. He talks about sensible things. He doesn't use long, difficult words, like Owl. He uses short, easy words, like 'What about lunch?' and 'Help yourself, Pooh'."
Winnie the Pooh

I smiled when reading "darn car took a turn to the boats". Being an extended member of the Solberg family, I would often see Kathy at the boats more than at family functions. "Something serene about watching those reels go by"

Donna, I am going to miss seeing your mom's bright smiley face in the office. She always brightened my day when she would bring Quincy and Lucy in to see me. I know that she is with Quincy again and that makes my heart happy in such a sad time.
Your mom was such an amazing person and she brought up such a wonderful daughter. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

My deepest sympathy to the Solbergs. May your memories of Kathy bring you comfort at this difficult time. I remember Kathy stopping in at the Public Affairs Office at the Corps. She always had a smile on her face and a story to tell. She was a delight to be around, and had a kind heart. Dan, Jill and family, my deepest sympathy for your loss.

Kathy and I were co-workers at the Corps in Omaha. When I was going through my journey with breast cancer, she was so supportive as were my other co-workers. So, when she was going through her journey I knew she would tackle it on like a warrior. At work, our staff would usually call me when they were taking leave. The last year that Kathy worked there I would sometimes get this call from her telling me that her car, that darn car, would make the wrong turn and take her over to the boats....
