David and Family, I was sad to learn of Kathy's passing. I am glad to have known her and really appreciated her dedication to excellence in her public service to Spring Lake Village. I remember the diligence in which she took us through the thoughtful and positive steps needed for better outcomes. She was a pro in her profession and also cared about making her community a better place. I think under her tutelage we did the zoning for redeveloping a number of sore spots in town and...
