Kathleen Sween

Kathleen was born on July 29, 1927 and passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016. Kathleen was a resident of Grand Meadow, Minnesota at the time of her passing. She graduated from Grand Meadow High School in 1945 and attended St Teresaâs College in Winona. She was married to Norman. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday September 8 2016 at St Finbarr Catholic Church in Grand Meadow MN with Father Marreddy Pothireddy officiating. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Visitation will be held from 5 -7 P.M. on Wednesday September 07 2016 at St Finbarr Catholic Church. A Rosary will be recited at 4:30 P.M.
