I knew Kathy from Hughes but loved writing to her on Facebook. We were able to be ourselves. You are missed by me and many others.

Kathy, you were such a good friend. Just can't believe this. We need to talk.

Like many others I became friends with Kathy and Norma when we were a part of the Hughes Aircraft family. She took me in as one of her friends and just like she did to everyone she met she made me feel like I was special to her. Thankfully, I recently had been able to visit with her on quite a few occasions and that special feeling of true friendship still radiated all around her. Kathy was beautiful, smart, funny and sometimes just out and out crazy (in the best way!). I will never forget...

Kathy, what a unique woman, so fun, so serious, outrageous, caring, and giving. Certainly one of a kind. She has given me and I know so many more joyful memories. She touched the lives of many and probably didn't even realize it. Such an amazing woman. God bless and my prayers are with you
