Kathlene M. Ray

I´ve known Kathy since she began her career as a caseworker with The Missouri Division of Family Services some thirty years ago. We had many cases together in Juvenile Court in those early years, and I always found Kathy to be kind, competent and genuinely concerned about the children we both represented.
