Kathryn Renea Berry

Kathryn R. Berry was born on March 2, 1972 to Albert A. Berry III and the late Blanche A. Berry in Philadelphia, PA. Tragically she was called home to the lord on Sunday September 28, 2014. Kathryn grew up in North Philadelphia, and was educated in the Philadelphia Public School system. She was the youngest of five siblings. Kathryn worked various jobs up until she took on the responsibility of being a full-time caregiver to her beloved mother Blanche. She was a devoted mother to her four children Saadiq, Sheenah, Kaylah, and Kori and of course her adopted child Aaron. She was the most loving grandmother to her grandson Mehki also known as her (Shu-Shu) anybody who knew her knew her kids and her grandson were her pride and joy. Kathryn also known as Kat loved watching sports, attending events, and simply enjoyed being in the presence of her loved ones. Her motherly wisdom and advice was a source of strength and enlightenment to those who crossed her path, no matter how big or small the problem was. Both doors to her heart and home were always open, she never turned anyone away If she could help she did. She was truly a very loving and caring person, she was strong willed, silly, and very family oriented. Kathryn will truly be missed, but she will forever live in us all. She leaves to cherish her memory her life partner Julius(Seahorse) her four children Saadiq, Sheenah, Kaylah, and Kori. Her grandson Mehki, her Father Albert. Her five siblings Denise, Theresa, Kenya, Albert, and Tiana. 7nephews, 3 nieces, 1 great niece, 4 aunts, 3 uncles and a host of additional relatives and friends.
