Not sure what to say?

I am just now finding this page but I felt it important to share with the family what a direct impact Mrs. Cornforth had on my son's life. She was his English teacher and taught him how to write a research paper. I was forever grateful to her for this, at the time, some 7 years ago. My son went on to be accepted to Fordham University in NYC and graduated in 3 1/2 years with a degree in history. I believe Mrs. Cornforth was instrumental in my son's acceptance in to this elite University that...

To Steve, Joe and Kathryn. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you try to cope with this great loss. Kathi was a wonderful mother, sister, teacher and friend, and she will be missed by many whom she touched. She was very special to my son Frank, as he spent much time with your family. Try to focus on the many good times you shared as you grew from children into fine young adults. May those memories comfort you, and know that she is at peace.
Love, Karen & Frank,...

IF ROSES GROW IN HEAVEN

If Roses grow in heaven,
Lord please pick a bunch for me,
Place them in my sisters arms
and tell her they're from me

Tell her that I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for awhile.
Because remembering her is easy.
I do it every day,
but there's an ache witin my heart
that will never go away

God Bless Kathi,,, May she forever Rest...

May all those who loved Kathi and were loved by Kathi feel God's grace in their time of sorrow and His love with Kathi's in their time of healing. Farewell too soon to a loving and caring mom. Missing already all the conversations and special times we were to share; just know they will always be shared in heart and spirit.

Steve, Joe and Kathryn. I don't know where to begin or what to say to ease your pain. I am so sorry for your loss but hold comfort in knowing she raised three great, caring kids. I miss seeing you guys. May God bless you always. Mr Jackson, CHHSE Faculty

As a former student, I think of Ms. Cornforth and the lessons she taught me often. My heart goes out to her family and friends and I hope that you find comfort in your memories of her. She was an incredibly special person and her influence on the thousands of students' lives she touched will never be forgotten.

To my dear friend Joe and his family,
May you find peace in knowing your mother is in God's hands and will be watching over you all for years to come. Her body may be gone but in spirit she still remains. Please know we are all here for you and will never forget your wonderful mother.

Love and Peace,
The McCorkle Family
