Katie was my hometown hero. I´ve watched her work from the beginning. A rare talent and rare in how she approached her work through painting. I had the honor of doing her makeup for her sister´s (Marlee) wedding, and I was trembling. She said not to worry and was so kind. The sisters were so welcoming and so unique in their own ways. Sending comfort and peace for the Gallaghers in this sad time. Katie will be missed.

Hi I am your cousin Allyson Barone, Charlotte's daughter. I am truly sorry to hear about the passing of your beautiful daughter Katie. I wish I could have met her, she sounds like she was a wonderful girl full of life and creativity. I am praying for you and your family that God will give you comfort as you remember her life.

I am so sorry to hear about Katie. I remember meeting her 10 or more years ago at her apartment/studio to buy some of her amazing work. I will always remember her as such a kind and beautiful soul. I am so very sorry for your loss.
