Andrew Chastain Obituary
Andrew " The Captain" Chastain
37, a follower of Christ, passed away on Dec. 30, 2014. He is survived by his loving wife, Cari Chastain; sons, Rigg and Ryder Chastain; parents, Tim and Debbie Chastain and sisters, Elizabeth Chastain and Grace (Winston) Hubbard. Andrew was preceded in death by his daughter, Caden Chastain.
Visitation will be held on Fri., Jan. 2nd in LifePoint Church, 8540 Combs Rd. Indianapolis, IN. 46237 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday Jan. 3rd in LifePoint Church at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Orchard Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Andrew D. Chastain Sole Benefit Trust, 8063 Madison Ave. # 352- Indianapolis, IN 46227.

I had the pleasure of working with Andy. He was a true man of God and he adored his wife. This world was a better place because of him. I remember that he would often say "Jesus come quickly" and I can't help but smile thinkkng of him meeting Jesus and holding his baby girl. Welcome home, Andy.

From 4th grade little league baseball on the Orioles to coaching together at Tindley, you have been a true friend to me for over 25 years! While I am sad that we can no longer hang out, laugh and have the great talks we have had, I know you are in a better place taking care of your baby girl! I truly thank God for allowing me to have someone in my life to have the kind of impact Andy has had on me and for him to teach me a way of thinking and living that I will carry with me and practice forever. I will miss you dearly my friend, but will live my life in a way that we will see each other again!!! I love you and miss you Coach Chastain.
