Kathryn "Katie" Ishee

Funeral services for Miss Kathryn Meg "Katie" Ishee, 17, will be 10AM Tuesday in the chapel of Seale Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Redwood Cemetery Slaughter, LA. Katie was born in Hattiesburg, MS on May 13, 1996 and continued her spiritual journey on Sunday Morning July 7, 2013 at her home. She was a resident of Denham Springs, a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints 2nd Ward. She had a zeal for life with a love for books and country music. She enjoyed playing ball and had a passion for playing "Patty Cake". She is survived by her Dad and Mom Ellis and Dara Cox Ishee; her siblings Kevin, Trey, Mallorie, Mason and Madeline; her grandparents Richard and Sharon Cox, Cindy and Sherrod Smith, Charles and Connie Ishee; also survived by a special niece Faith and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation for friends will be on Monday 5pm until 8pm.
