Kathryn S. Osborne

Kathryn was born on May 17, 1921 and passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018. Kathryn was a resident of Kentucky at the time of passing. She graduated as a Registered Nurse from the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth St. Joseph Hospital Nursing School in Lexington, Kentucky in 1942, and began her nursing career at Mary Chiles Hospital.
