Not sure what to say?

Kathy was amazing. One of the smartest people I have ever had the privilege to know. She was a dear friend, intensely loyal, incredibly detailed and disciplined, but with a personality and sense of humor I truly enjoyed. It was a privilege to work with her, to be friends with her, and share adventures with her. Rest in God's arms dear friend. Lost you too soon and I miss you.

Kathy & I always had so much fun! She loved to laugh & be silly. I miss her.

Still missing you my good friend. This world was a better place with you in it. ❤❤

Thank you for all you have done, all you have been and your sprit is for ever in our hearts!

I will miss you my friend. My greatest memories are if us on graveyard, and you had us laughing so hard we were crying. I will miss asking you questions about everything under the sun because (as you always laughed at me when I would tell you "you're the only person I know who knows EVERYTHING"). I love how you always "Stuck up for your peeps".
I may have missed you funeral but I place a flower in the ocean and said my goodbyes to you in cancun last week. My heart hurts without you. I...

I will always remember Kathy as the go to person on policy questions. Her attention to detail was astounding. As to her passing; I cannot fathom. My heart and prayers go out to her family. She was one of a Kind!

RIP Kathy.

Miss you Kathy. Thanks for making MCSO and MCCDA better organizations.

I wanted to let you and whom ever may be reading this know that we have adopted one of your beloved furry 4 legged family members Zeus. Although he is smaller than our cats, he has all the spunk that is needed to survive in the Kernan household which contains, 4 kids, 3 cats and a mini sheltie. He has found his place, right on my tummy most of the time, and is...
