Not sure what to say?

It is so difficult to believe this beautiful soul is gone and for so long. Time moves along but her sparkle remains. Sending you love and faith for tomorrow. I´m sure she is looking down at her family watching with a smile. Continued condolences seems insufficient

Although time marches on and the Schurtz family has, through great faith and necessity, continued on, the loss of such a sweet soul is remembered so often by so many still. May light perpetual shine upon Katy always.

Karen, Joe and family, I was just going through photos earlier in the week and came upon scouting and parties recalling innocent, happier days. We never knew then how life would twist. Katie was a wonderful girl. My heart continues to break. Riding on 78 will never be without thoughts of her. Know you remain in my heart and prayers.

To Kathyrns family, Years come and go but the fond memory of your child will remain always in your heart. May God, the creator continually deposit the peace that wipes away all tears into your heart as he has for me.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family during this difficult time. I hope the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring much comfort. Just knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so comforting.

My sympathy to your family

Dear Joey and family,
Haven't seen you or your family in a while, but hate to see this horrible news. I can't imagine the sadness you all must feel at what should have been a joyous occasion. I will pray for you and your family as well as for Kathryn's fiancé's family. May God strengthen you all at this time.

Karen and Joe, I just learned of this tragic news which stopped my heart. Knowing you, knowing Kate, remembering her as a little girl and as a Girl Scout, I pray for you all as you celebrate her life instead of her wedding. May your faith in God carry you until you are able to stand again. I am so sincerely sorry for your loss. Gayle Carrick
