A celebration of life will be held at 2PM Saturday, August 8, 2015 at the Wilmington Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society or American Cancer Society. What has happened is a terrible tragedy. We are sure she will be missed by anyone who loved her or even new her. We were only her back door neighbor but she was one of the first to greet us. We didn't get the chance become a good friend to her and her family as we had hoped to initiate this summer. We do know she was a kind woman and enjoyed hearing her laughter from across the way. Our thoughts are with you now and the days to follow. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.
