Not sure what to say?

Hi Grammie. It's Boop. I'm eleven now. I hope you are having a fun time in heaven. It's a shame I can no longer hear you talking to me when I'm in bed. My Mom always found it cute when I would stare at the ceiling and say half of a conversation as if I was talking to someone. Sadly, I don't remember those times. Mom reminds me though, and makes it very clear that she believes it was you. Even though I don't remember our talks, I still miss them. If you could try and find a way to talk to me...

Kathie is my friend and having a friend isn't a big thing, it's a million little things. I miss you everyday.
Sandy

So sorry for the loss of Kathryn. We will miss her at AU.

To Kathryn's family, Please be comforted. Kathryn was a joy to work with! May the memories of her beautiful spirit live on in your souls, Amen.

Kathryn, my dearest, best friend...I miss her terribly. From the day we began working together, sitting back to back in a little office in the Ashland University Library, I knew Kathryn was a very special person. We shared so much over the years, professionally and personally. She had such compassion for people, and insight into what students needed. She gave me so much; my life is richer for having known her.

To her family - I feel as if I watched the boys grow up and shared so many...

I will miss her dearly. Loved her beautiful smile and soft, sweet voice. Thoughts and prayers to her family that she always spoke of with that beautiful smile. I pray fond memories will bring you peace. Dreama Knight @ Ashland Unviersity

Some of my favorite childhood memories were our summer vacations from Missouri to see our cousins in Ohio. Kathie always had adventures to suggest, made us laugh and helped keep the peace between cousins.
Through the years, we saw each other less frequently, but I remember fondly a reunion we had three years ago in Cambridge.
It was a real pleasure to see so many of Kathryn's family and grandchildren, and her pride and love in them.
She leaves behind so many...

I was shocked and deeply saddened to learn of Kathryn's death. My sincere sympathies and prayers to you, her loving family.

I knew Kathryn as a kind and gentle woman with strong convictions and deep values. She was passionate about education and was always so generous with her time and talents. Using humor and uncommon common sense, she would share her detective skills and insights to help new doctoral students learn how to search databases and track down references for seemingly...

My deepest condolences. Kathryn was an outstanding colleague. She will be missed!
