Not sure what to say?

So sad to learn this, sincerest condolences to Jim, & Drew & Dena families. Kathy was a bright light at ST Middle school & it was clear Mr. Dunn noticed , & special to witness the connection happening between our band & new choir directors! ❤ I remember the basketball date story Jim told us about what fun she would have marrying him, & 50 years is an amazing journey! Kathy blessed our school, many weddings including Donna Knupp Gerraurd's, my dad's Colonial Park Rotary club with her...

Condolences

My prayers are with Mr. Dunn and family. She was so wonderful and helped to foster my love for music. My favorite memories of her are from our rehearsals for the beautiful candlelight Christmas choral concert STHS performed each year. (Particularly the Hallelujah Chorus). Amazing. She was a fantastic performer, teacher, mentor, leader and friend. Thank you Mrs. Dunn. You will be missed.

Love. It is the most susinct way to describe my "chorus mom". We could all see and hear her love of music, students, and teaching. However the way to see Mrs. Dunn light up the most was to talk about her family. As a member of the chorus and musicals at STHS Mrs. Dunn made you feel like you were part of her extended family. She was that additional positive nurturing adult that all teenagers need. A great example of using your God given talents to reach the most people in a positive way. I am...

I was blessed to be a music student in the band, when Kathy was first hired to teach at Susquehanna, all those many years ago. I can still see the day that Mr. Dunn brought her into the band practice room & introduced her to the group & we all knew it was magic in the making. Every time she walked into the room, he got flustered!!!! 50 years together!!! What a wonderful life! She will be deeply missed by many. My deepest sympathies to Mr. Dunn & his family.

Sending my deepest sympathy to the family

Sad to hear of her passing! Many fond memories of Mrs Dunn. God bless!

Mrs. Dunn played a key role in our daughters career choice as a music educator. Vivacious and brilliant she will be missed by many. Our deepest sympathy to Jim and her family. ❤

A wonderful teacher and beautiful woman, inside and out. She always reminded me to be true to myself and my voice (after she heard me sing in 10th grade). She taught me music theory during my senior year. Her sense of humor, the way she taught and loved her students will be sorely missed. Rest in Paradise, Mrs. Dunn.
