Kathy was born on January 5, 1950 and passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Kathy was a resident of East Prairie, Missouri at the time of passing. Funeral services will be held Sunday in the Shelby Chapel at 1:30 p.m. with Bro. Eric McGruder and Bro. Mike Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at the Dogwood Cemetery near East Prairie with Shelby Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
