Kathy was born Sept. 9, 1950, in Walsh, Colo., to Paul Scott and Reba Lou Copeland Scott.

She was married to Jerry Forman on Oct. 26, 1980.

so sorry to hear of Kathys passing, she was a amazing person and friend We met at pulmonary rehab we were the 2 youngest there, we became special friends and stayed friends texting ect after she quit coming I will so miss her, I hope she is at peace now
