The selfish part of me is lamenting the fact that won't learn anything else from Kathy. She loved to share what she had learned with anyone who was ready to listen. I loved that about her. She had so many varied experiences that she enjoyed talking about. I will miss the time spent chatting over tea, talking about 1500 different topics in the span of a half hour and never getting around to the reason for meeting in the first place. I will miss her passion for finding/exposing the truth.

I have fond memories of Kathy as a childhood friend from Pershing Elementary. She had a kind spirit and loved to laugh. This is a beautiful remembrance of her, and speaks to the love she cultivated throughout her life. Blessings and Peace.
