Richard, Jennifer, Monica and Richard Jr., I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Kathy was a unique, loving, happy person. I met her when I first came to Dallas and she was my first supervisor at Ecolab. I loved working with her and enjoyed being working with her. I have very fond memories of her and wanted you to know that I feel very sad for your loss. Words fail me at this time, but know that all of you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
