Denise and I are so very saddened to learn of Kathy's untimely death. I have fond memories of our times together as cousins many years ago during visits to West Virginia and other family gatherings. We send our deepest sympathies to Steven, Aunt JoAnne, Howard, family and friends. She was a very special, vibrant human being that touched so many lives in such a wonderful way.
