Colleen Bowles contacted me a week ago and let me know about Kathy. I am so sorry to hear that she passed away. Kathy and I go back to the early 70's when she worked for First American Title and I worked for Pfingst Realty. Every time she would call our office, she would breathe really hard into the phone, rather than talking and I immediately knew who it was.
