Katie was born on November 24, 1922 and passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018. Katie was a resident of Kinston, North Carolina at the time of passing. Funeral will be held at Howard-Carter Funeral Home at 1:00pm Thursday, July 12, 2018 with visitation one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Rivermont Holiness Church, 5119 Highway 258 South, Kinston, NC 28504.
I am so sorry about Mrs Katie,she was a very sweet special lady that will be truly missed.My prayers are with all of you!! I sure enjoyed a good home cooked meal with her,she sure knew how to cook.Lots of memories of her coming to our gatherings at my parents on Thanksgiving an Christmas.God Bless each one of you.
