Not sure what to say?

George taught me and my brother, Brent the art of bonsai. He was patient and I will miss his warm and friendly nature. Thank you George for all your kindness. Jason and Brent Butler

A wonder loving friend
A cheerful heart

He will always be remembered by the children of Kenkichi & Shisuko Kurosawa

I will always remember George's welcoming spirit, pride in his trees and love of the art as part of my introduction to Bonsai. I know others had the same experience and remain inspired by him.

George was a warm and loving man..he was a wonderful cook and loved to teach my two sons the art of Bonsai...he lived everyday with dignity and he will be missed by our family.

A truly devoted member and leader at the Koyasan Temple. He was always there to help others. His keen sense of humor and funny anecdotal stories made the lessons all the more fun. He taught us well, and it is our turn to follow his lead.

George was so dedicated to the Koyasan Buddhist temple in Sacramento. He never missed a service or event and was always ready to help. A giving and kind spirit. He'll be deeply missed by all who knew him.

George was really a wonderful person. He always had an interesting story to tell. He had a keen wit and was always cheerful and shared his joy of living with you. It was an honor to have known him and I will miss him very much.
