Kay Marie Chapman

Kay and I started kindergarten and went through high school together sharing alot of fun times while growing up. I was priveleged to meet you and Kay at a very difficult time - losing the doctors and nurses who had cared for Kay from the beginning and having to start in a new hospital system with new faces. Kay has been my friend since we started kindergarden together and the next thirteen years of school were the building blocks for a life

Dear Thom, Kim, and Amy,

Wanted to tell you that I was honored and touched that Kay wanted me to serve as a pallbearer for her funeral. Not an enjoyable task, by any means, but one that I felt privileged to fulfill.

May the multitude of wonderful memories she left behind sustain and comfort you forever.

I was fortunate enough to have been one of the nurses that cared for Kay and gave her some of her treatments. It is strange to say but I enjoyed the time she was due to come in. She was such a kind and loving person and I am thankful for having known her and Thom. She will be truly missed.

I would like to Thank Each and Everyone of you for your thoughts and prayers during this time. Kay was a wonderful sister and friend who was always thinking of others and she loved each of us. I miss Kay and I will try to always look on the bright side (that is what she wants us to do).
