Kay was a key person in my life as I was a growing boy. He was a very active man in my San Mateo LDS Ward. After I returned home from college Kay and Juanita took me into their home and made me a part of their family. I remember Kay's kindness and wisdom in helping me make decisions in shaping my career.
My love and sympathies to Debbie and Drew at the passing of this great man.

We have many happy memories of our family's friendship with Kay and his family when they lived in Salt Lake City, and reconnecting again in California. Kay was fun loving, kind, a true friend. Our lives have truly been enriched by our friendships with the Flinders and Crapo families. We will always cherish the experiences and memories we have sharded growing up on Oakcrest Lane and Oakcrest Circle.

Maxine - please extend sympathy to your entire family. It was truly an honor and priviledge to meet Kay. My father, William Myers, cherished his friendship as they continued the bond created many years ago. I remember with such fondness as Kay, Mo, and dad met last October to enjoy one more flight together in the B-24. It was very emotional to see them exit that plane. Kay was such a sweet, caring, good person; may it be comforting to know he is no longer in pain. Bless you all.

It is tough to find a man that lived the supreme example of what the Savior has asked us to be. We know he is in a better place and will continue to make others on the other side smile as he did all of us, here. Our condolences go out to Nana and family.

My deepest sympathy goes to all of you. Kay was somewhere between a dear uncle and mom's youngest brother to me. He always filled our family's lives with kindness, gentleness and love. He loved my mother very much and I know she loved him just the same. I hope mom was there to meet him along side his dear mother and grandmother. He was very dear to all of us. I always enjoyed his visits to our home. He was truly a "gentle" man and the last of a great generation...
