Kay passed away on Monday, September 18, 2017. Kay was a resident of Davenport, Iowa at the time of passing. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 until 8:00 pm at the Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home, 614 Main Street, Davenport. Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:00 am Saturday at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 4097 - 18th Street, Bettendorf. Death: Friday September 22, 2017, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries All Faith Chapel Saturday September 23, 2017, 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM at St. John Vianney Catholic Church Mass of Christian Burial Saturday September 23, 2017, 9:00 AM at St. John Vianney Catholic Church Saturday September 23, 2017 at Oakdale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Kay has requested memorials be sent to Pleasant Valley Education Foundation for a scholarship in her name or to Gynecologic Oncology Research at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Words cannot tell you how sad this news is to us...Kay is truly an angel....I am beyond saddened, and so so stunned by this news. My heart is with all of you, as you have been through so much, and so much more to go, I am,so,so sorry.
