Not sure what to say?

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I knew and looked up to Kay as an extraordinary woman. I admired her devotion to early childhood education and her devotion as a powerful advocate for individuals with disabilities in the State of Washington. She stood as a pillar in the developmental disabilities community, and a trusted mentor to so many. She will be missed.

To Kay´s Family. I am so sorry for your loss. As you well know, Kay was an amazing woman - always a force to be reckoned with! She was a fierce mama bear, an advocate for individuals with disabilities and their families, a truly respected member of the DD community and a sought after mentor. I loved the picture of her tee shirt. That was SO Kay - never underestimate her! She loved her family. She loved her friends. She loved her community. We all will miss her tremendously.

Judd, I'm sorry to learn of Kay's passing. She was a wonderful person. Helen and used to enjoy stopping in your office and visiting. Helen would often suggest visiting Kay and Judd. I wish the best for you as you adjust to a new way of life.
