Not sure what to say?

So sad to hear of Kay's passing. She was the last helpful soul, and hers was the last sweet smile I saw on my last visit to your shop to make my mom's traditional mother's day box of sugar-free chocolates, before we lost her to cancer three years ago. Always willing to let me try any new creation, she was as sweet as her candy. May the Lord bring peace to your hearts and comfort you in your time of need.

To The Pulliam Family,
It was such a shock to hear about Kay. I talked to Kay last about two years ago and she wished my husband and I the best on our retirement. She was one of the kindest persons I knew. We worked together in PTA for years and when ever she was asked to help she was always there. Her children were the most important people in her life. She was such a good friend even if you hadn't seen her for months you could just picked up where you left off. We know she will always be...

I was so shocked to hear of Kay's passing and so sorry for your loss. Kay was a special person who made a difference. We would often visit wherever we ran into each other and I would always feel her positive energy. My heatfelt sympathy goes out to you.

Our prayers go out to all of you during this time of sorrow. I remember Kay's love for her family. It was such a treat to spend time with our California cousins at the Thorson reunion. May the Lord comfort your hearts.

Dear Chuck, Casey, Nathan & Crystal - My sincere sympathies on the death of Kay. I, too, remember the delicious candy she brought to our Thorson Family Reunion as well as the laughter and fun she shared with us at that time. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Chuck, Kasey, Nathan & Crystal, So sorry to hear about Kay. I met Kay only twice that I can remember. Our grandparent's (Carl and Abbie's) 50th wedding anniversary in the mid 60's and then at a Thorson Family reunion back on the farm near Gary in about 1987. I remember the wonderful candy she brought with her from California. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

I was so shocked and saddened to hear that her time was cut so short. Since I began working at Shubert's seven years ago, Kay warmly welcomed me as part of the Shubert's family. We talked shopping and compared notes on our kitties and could always find something to have a good laugh about. She helped make working holidays sparkle. And I miss her as I'd miss a member of my own family. My heart goes out to her loved ones.

I am so sorry to hear of your family's loss. I always enjoyed working for your family and Kay added a delightful prescence to Shubert's. I will always remember the mementos Chuck and Kay would give each Shubert's girl when they returned from a trip. That was Kay, a kind hearted giving woman. I'll miss her.

Dear Chuck, Kasey, Nathan & Crystal,
I was so very sad to read of Kay's passing. Kay and I became acquainted at Shubert's and later spent many long lunches together as we both enjoyed Asian food. She always spoke of her love for her family and was so very proud of all of you.
I will always remember her dipping chocolates and her wonderful laugh.
She will be missed by so many.
