Not sure what to say?

To the Family of Dr. Stivrins,

I first met Kazimirs 57 years ago as a 6 year old who had been exposed to ocular herpes. Through a series of doctors my family finally was recommended to your dad as someone with experience in the disease. The herpes was quite advanced by that time and difficult to manage. We traveled 75 miles from my small hometown in Kansas to see your dad multiple times a week for a few years until finally the lesion began to go quiet. To me he was a giant of a man...

I still have fond memories of my visits with Dr. Stivrins. He performed my first eye surgery as a young teenager, and he always made me laugh, he must have known how it must feel. Many years later when my firstborn came much too early, Pat had just gotten back from studies in prenatal care and played a huge roll in Amber's care. I always will apreciate the care I recieved from your Dad...he had a bedside manner that made everthing alright..

Dear Opal and family, here at the UCC church in Friend we have kept you all in our prayers during this very hard time. Blessings from all of us, Co-pastors Tim & Ginny Adams

Sorry to hear about the passing of your Dad. He will be remembered in our Prayers.

Our sympathy, Tim, Opal and all your family. Dr Stivrins was just a wonderful person, great to work with professionally, and how we enjoyed knowing you, Opal and Dr Srivrins in AZ.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Dear Dr. Stivrins and family: My mother and family and I send our warmest thoughts. Based on knowing you, we know that your father must have been a wonderful source of encouragement, strength and integrity. Our warmest regards. Melissa and Mark Epp
