DOUGLAS - Keegan C. Fred, 30, Douglas, died Nov. 13, 2011, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Minot. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Douglas Community Cemetery.
