Not sure what to say?

Love, prayers, and peace to you and your family. Uncle Brud was one of the best story tellers I ever knew. He was so proud of his family, and worked hard to support them the best way he could.

You have been a good daughter, Judy. I know you have a big hole in your life to fill, but glad he is no longer suffering. Love you!

After the funeral was thinking of how Brud had his stories he would tell. One in particular as to why he had a bald spot on his head. He would say" Well, he he he, if you swam the the Mississippi River as fast as I do you would have a bald spot too." So Cute. You all were so blessed to have had him this long. I know it hurts still and it will but it will take a while not to feel the pain. God helps us deal with this. i never really knew my dad, but wanting to be reunited someday. Will be...

So happy that you are no longer suffering, Daddy. You have a new body, as the old hymn goes, have been reunited with loved ones in Heaven and are in the presence of God. You fought the good fight. You are the toughest man I've ever known. I'll never forget how you never gave up, no matter what life threw at you. Love you so much. I'll see you again some day.

Me and my family will really miss Brud and all the laughs he brought us. He would visit here and there and he would always set and drink coffee with us and laugh and laugh. I have known him as long as I have been in this world. He was a great man and he loved June and his family so much. He did everything he could for June and I always admired that so much about him. I hope you see her again in heaven my friend. Love you!
