I was very sorry to hear of Dr. Brooks passing. He occupies a special place in my heart. I worked closely with him when he was a consultant for the Ohio Board of Regents. He was in my thoughts recently as I was wondering what he was doing and how he was doing. I am very sorry that I missed my opportunity to pay my respects. He was a one of a kind and I will miss him dearly.
