Keith Lydell Collins, son of the late LeAndrew and Aretha Mae Williams Collins, was born September 17, 1964, in Malvern, AR.Keith gave his life to Christ at an early age when he attended First Baptist Church Vine Street of Malvern, then as a young man there, he served as a youth Sunday school teacher. Later in his life he became a faithful deacon, treasurer, and usher at Greater New Hope Baptist Church, also of Malvern. Keith became a member of Full Counsel Malvern in 2010 and an active member of the usher team. He was a 1982 graduate of Malvern High School and was a dedicated employee at Pactiv Corporation.
On October 16, 2010, Keith L. Collins took as his bride Shelia Mitchell Collins. Keith was known to be a sports fanatic. He coached the Wilson Intermediate School's girls basketball team. Keith was also best known for his big bright smile.
On August 1, 2015, Keith Lydell Collins passed from this life to be present with the Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Tony Ray Collins.
His sweet memory will be cherished by his wife, Shelia Mitchell Collins of Malvern, AR; two daughters: Keisha Collins and Keyanah Mitchell both of Malvern; three brothers: Roger Collins Sr.(Sharon), Jerry Wayne Collins, Sr. (Wanda) both of Malvern, AR and Cornelius Collins of Perth Australia; two sisters: Sheril ( Harold) Caradine of Malvern, AR, Corletha (Alvin) Medlock of Lansing, IL; two uncles: Willie Earl Williams of Malvern, AR and Allie Edward Collins of Princeton, AR; one aunt, Dorothy (Jimmy) Atkins of Chicago IL; father and mother in-law, Bill and Christine Mitchell; brother in-law, Keith (Dara) Casey; sister in-law Casey (Dion) Caradine; and a devoted great nephew, Keon Caradine, who never left his side; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

There will be a home going celebration service for Keith on Saturday, August 8, 2015, at Greater New Hope Baptist Church in Malvern, AR, at 11:00 A.M. with Minister Alice Nolen, pastor of Full Counsel Malvern, delivering the eulogy. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 to 7 P.M. Friday, August 7, 2015 at Brandon’s Mortuary, Malvern.

My sincere condolences to Keith's family. I worked at Pactiv (Amoco/Tenneco) many years ago. I thought a lot of Keith as a co-worker because he was always kind and respectful.
