Keith Honeycutt

Keith Honeycutt November 4, 1943 - July 9, 2012 Keith Honeycutt, 68, died on July 9, 2012 in Bakersfield after an extended illness. Keith was a native of Casa Grande, Arizona and was a long time resident of Bakersfield, living here for the last 38 years. He proudly served in the Army from 1966 to 1968 and was a SP 4 in the Blue Platoon, 587th Signal Co Sp 1 in Lai Khe, Vietnam in 1967. He was a member of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union for 22 years. He enjoyed oldies and country music, landscaping, going to the desert, and was artistically creative. He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years Phyllis Honeycutt of Bakersfield, his devoted children Gary Honeycutt of Crescent City and Lisa and Bret Etchart of Bakersfield, his sister Deon Green of Maumelle, AR, his uncle Jake Kelley of Nixa, MO, his grandchildren Justin, Corey, and Chasen Etchart, and his faithful dog Toby.
