Reading the Dallas News today, as I so infrequently do, I came across the obituary for Keith. It brought back many memories of old, good times, and I wanted to write to you to say how sorry I was to learn the news. Keith was a lovely man and I know you will miss him sorely. Words cannot begin to express the sadness I feel. Likewise words can never express the difference Dr Johansen made in my life. His wisdom and kindness guided me through my darkest periods, and later as I shared the fears of my own cancer he again was there. Like others, I was blessed to have known him, and I will always cherish his example of strength and dignity.
