Not sure what to say?

Keith, i think of him so often when working with the woodchuckers. I can see him smiling, offering a number of masterful 1-liners, getting the wood split, stacked, and delivered, delighted to help those in need of wood for warmth and celebrate the community formed around helping. Bless you, Keith, may you continue to rise in glory.

I think of Keith so often. Having retired 11 months ago, I joined Woodchuckers about 6 months ago and am enjoying handling the wood, splitting, stacking, and the wonderful community of volunteers. Woodchuckers was a huge part of Keith's life, and I now regret that I was not part of the ministry when he was so active in it. It would have been even better!! Bless you, Keith. May you be ever so present to us with a big smile in the middle of the wood piles!! Nancy McGrath Green

I first met Keith at Sunday school in 1962 at Milwaukie Lutheran church when his parents opened their home for ministry. Our mutual faith and being members of MLC were always of importance to both of us. Keith and I were also band mates in the Milwaukie High stage band, and I can vividly recall the 2 of us soliciting newspaper subscriptions door to door as a way to earn money for the band trip to New York. Our mode of transport for the 40 members was a bus so we got well acquainted! Keith was...

I had the great honor of working with Keith at PDC for a number of years. He was always full of joy and laughter, not to mention a great mentor. Keith was a friend to all he worked with. My prayers for healing to all who loved him. Say his name, share his memories and he will never be far from your heart. Ronda VanderMeer

This news (Keith´s passing) makes me cry and celebrate at the same time. I am grateful that I was able to have a few last moments with Keith the afternoon of his passing. It was difficult to see this robust, joyful, helpful friend in his final hours. I mentioned to his son Josh that he and Matt were a blessing to their dad. Josh's reply was-'He would do the same for us'. I believe Keith was one of those special people who never met a stranger. He is probably chatting up a couple of other...

Our Larson family grew up with the Lokan's along with the Petersen's and others like us in Milwaukie Lutheran We last saw each other at MLC by chance during an Easter service many years ago - Keith and these enduring relationship's are so special RIP Keith and we celebrate you for the food life you led Eric Berg Larson. It has been pure pleasure and privilege to get to know Keith when he moved to Sunriver and joined our church. He was a quick wit wherever he went and that wit was only matched by a smile and a twinkle in the eye that would not quit. He brought his famous one-liners particularly to the Woodchuckers who relished them! Keith's faith was strong and as his body weakened from Covid and Diabetes, he knew he was not alone and remained God's beloved. His courage never wavered. Keith was devoted to his...

Keith and I went to grade school together - I wondered where he went when he didn't go to our highschool - Keith was a great guy in grade school

This is Nancy Johnson. I have fond memories of Keith coming to Bainbridge Island to stay with us and play golf with Brian. He was a great golfer and a wonderful house guest.
