Not sure what to say?

Keith lived a long, fruitful life. When my Dad was at the St. Benedict Center I would run into Keith on his way to visit his wife. Always had a nice smile for me. May he rest in peace.

Dear Family,
I am sorry that I could not attend Keith's service. He was a great man. He was my Godfather. I have great memories growing up, childhood days when our families got together for those fishing openers. A couple of years ago Keith and Dad took a fishing trip to the UP and I had a great time lake trout fishing on Superior with Keith and Dad. At Dad's viewing it was good to see and talk to Bob. I will carry fond memories of Keith with me.

I knew Keith from my many dealings with the Stearns County Board when he served as a county commissioner. Keith was a very conscientious and hard-working public official, and Stearns County benefitted greatly from his dedicated service. I extend my sincere condolences to Keith's family.

Maureen and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I am working that day so am unable to attend the services. Sheila Nahan

Dear Susie, Maureen, Karen, Mary, Bobby, Kevin and others (sorry I'm old and don't remember all of you...),
Please accept my sincere condolences on Keith's passing. I have many wonderful memories of your parents and you, my childhood friends. I had forgotten that Keith was a sailor - which makes him my shipmate. The last time I saw him was at St. Benedicts. He was brimming with smiles and positive things to say - which is how I am sure he will be remembered by all who knew him. God...

Dear Mauer Clan,
Keith was a great supporter of Parks & Trails when advocates were rare. Stearns County would not have the park and trail system it does without Keith's great leadership. I remember when the Quarry Park concept was brought to the County Board. Keith was one of two insurance agents on the Board. How could any property with the background of the "quarries" make it through the political process. After the project was presented Keith went into hyper-nostalgia and...
