Keith Washington Outten

Keith Outten was my step-father's brother (Norwood Outten), I knew Keith and his family for a very long time. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing and I will never forget him. He was very well liked by all that knew him and always had a sense of humor. I will miss him, and it was my pleasure to have known him and to have been a part of his family through marriage. My prayers and thoughts are with him and go out to his family, Debbie and Keith Jr.

I knew Keith Outten as Big O when I worked with him at Newport News Shipbuilding. He was one of the nicest and smartest men I ever worked with. Sadily missed but will never forget.... Big O.
