Dear Russ and Judy, Tyler, Michael, and Lynn:
Keith was a special, lovable young man, always full of positive energy, and he was very dear to me. His loving spirit will live on in our hearts and will serve as a guide to his son, Court, with whom he shared a special bond. Sorry I can't be there today, but I will be there in spirit. Love you all dearly.

Love, The Carle/Chandler Family

Some of my best childhood memories were hanging out with the Perry's. I'm sorry to hear about Keith’s passing. He was a great friend.

Lynn, the years have passed since I have seen you and Keith, but the memories remain fresh. Keith always gave without expecting, loved without fearing, and smiled without doubting.

He was a true and kind gentleman.

The "Captain" might be chartering a new course, but he will always be with you in the stars. My heart and prayers go out to your entire family, but most of all to you Lynn. Remain strong, you are loved and never alone.

Keith was such as loving and tender individual. The teachers at Turman Elementary called me in to clarify that my girls talked about their Big Brothers and they knew we had no big brothers in my family so the girls had adopted Keith, Kyle, Dale, and Troy as their very own big brothers. Keith was so...

How I treasure memories of my dear, younger cousin, playing happily as a child at our grandparents' cabin near Cedar City. I will remember him as always wearing a sweet smile.

I will treasure memories of Keith, my dear, younger cousin. I can picture him as a child having so much fun at our grandparents' cabin in Cedar City. What a sweet smile he had.
